PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Customized and Printed Nylon Character Balloon
 
- Nylon material balloon that is inflatable through check valves by embodying famous cartoons, company images, and sports star characters.

Production Process
  1. Production consultation and ordering
After you decide balloon size, quantity, and delivery date, we modify the original character to fit the balloon production.
Colors are designated by Pantone color code.
 
2. Sample production
 
Sample is manually made to decide size, design, etc.
After going through all the revisions, we finalize sample.
Our production is making a shape mold, copper plates to print, and preparation proper fabric. 
We provide this character  balloon with plastic clip holder and 25cm stick.
Sample is provided in photos only.
  1. Checking colors
Printed fabric colors are checked by comparing the printed fabric with Pantone color chips,
and printing is completed with final confirmed colors.
  1. Production completed
Final product is completed after going through all production process of cutting, sealing,
and attaching the injection port using the printed fabric.
 
Note:  Character balloons are classified as toys, so KC safety certification is required In Korea.
 
Specifications
 
     Nylon 0.015mm + Milk-white LLDPE 0.040mm + solvent dry 0.005 = total 0.06mm
 
Size: All different sizes and shapes per customers design.
MOQ: Minimum order quantity 5,000 pieces
Print: Photogravure.  Based on Pantone code, spot color printing and 4 colors available.
Production time: about 3-4 weeks after design confirmation
Price: various per imprinting colors and order quantity
